On the Mitel PBX Configuration, in the "Class of Service" Option assignment the following settings is required:
Code: Select all
"HCI/CTI/TAPI Call Control Allowed"  = YES
"HCI/CTI/TAPI Monitor Allowed" = YES


If you click on save it gives the message:
Code: Select all
"HCI/CTI/telephony option TAPI must be in affect"


Then the TAPI Licensing must be enabled under licensing for the Mitel.
This will require a Reboot. Please note that the reboot can take up to 15 minutes or more.
Code: Select all
Enable the tick box/radio control for "TAPI / CTI"


Please schedule reboot according to company requirements.
