Error 10061 when starting the Amethyst Supervisor

socket error #10061, "no connection could be made because the target machive actively refused it"

Check that the Amethyst server is running and that the server is
accessable to your computer. This error is usually caused by the fact that
the supervisor cannot connect to the server.
