SLVR on Windows 2000,NT,XP

The SLVR works without any problems on Windows NT, 2000 and XP.
Just make sure that you are not trying to use the WAV file format
when you try to record, since Windows doesn't seem to support that
feature as well under these versions of Windows as the older versions.
The SLVR will just disappear after it is run, if the WAV format is selected
in the configuration file. Change it to GSM to work. WAV files are 10 times
larger than the GSM files anyway.
