1. I have changed the method of extracting data from the database.
This has increased the access speed substantially.

2. Removed Play as Wave button. This is no longer required as
the default player is now an embeded Windows Media Player.

3. The recording file extension is now .wav and no longer .gsm
Remember it is still a GSM6.10 encoded wave file. You will only be
able to play the file if you have this CODEC installed. It is
normally standard with Windows.
