Resolution: The trigger level is set too high. Set the

- Problem: The SLVR starts recording and doesn't stop.
Resolution: The trigger level is set too low. Set the
trigger level higher [Refer to 'How to set your trigger level'] - Problem: The SLVR doesn't trigger or start recording.
The vox bar doesn't move, even when the trigger level is dropped
to the minimum.
Resolution: The audio cable is not plugged into the
microphone port of the sound card. Plug the audio cable into
the microphone port. - Problem: The SLVR doesn't trigger. The client starts
recording when Windows sound plays.
Resolution: The incorrect recording device is selected.
Select only the microphone as the recording device. Set the volume
to about 90 % and mute the microphone playback. Also ensure that
the correct sound card is set as the preferred recording sound card. - Problem: The SLVR doesn't trigger or record at all.
Resolution: The microphone recording volume is set too low.
Set the microphone volume higher. Try at least 90%. If this is too
loud, try decreasing it in small intervals until the correct
