Extensions Number:
If the extension numbers can not be accessed directly via the recording API, the extensions can be configured in the configuration file. Each extension can be mapped against the MAC address or IP address of the handset.
User names:
If user names are not supported, the name can be configured in the Amethyst Virtual Extension Screen.

- Detect Extension = Can the VOIP recorder automatically detect the extension number of the phone that is recorded
- Detect User Name = Can the he Username of the person on the phone be detected
- Detect Number = Can the Incoming or outgoing telephone number automatically be detected
- Phone Displays = Is the information on the phone display available
- Digits Pressed = Are the digits pressed on the phone to make a call detected
- Special Settings required = Are there any special settings required to make the recording function properly
