Can I search for a time range?

In AMETHYST Supervisor you cannot specify a time range, for example 00:05:00 to 00:07:00.
You also do not have the option to use greater than and/or less than the duration.

You can do a search for calls in the range of for example 5 minutes(00:05:00 to 00:05:59).

To do this search:

• Log into AMETHYST Supervisor.
  
• Go to the 'Search Recordings' screen.
  
• Click on the 'Clear All Search Fields' icon (picture of a rubber).
  
• Now enter under 'Duration' '00:05:'.
  
• Select your date range and click on tick to save setting or use the 'Search for Recordings for Today' icon. Also select your other search criteria and then press enter to activate search.
