Access denied.
Overview:
The VOIP Recording software will send the zlb file over the network to the AMETHYST server to be sweeped into the database. If the FTP is slow then it can try to sweep the file before the ftp has completed.
The FTP should be a LAN connection, so it shouldn't be slow unless the file is very big.
If the file is big, it could be a problem with the VoIPRecorder. Please find the recording(search in Supervisor using reference number listed in sweeper.log) and check the size?
If the file is small, then the LAN is very slow.
