My USBClient is making continuous recordings

To trigger correct, you need to set the Windows sound settings and configure USBClient's Voice Activation Detection (VAD).

• Windows Sound settings:
  
  USBClient needs these soundsetting to function properly, please see forum post:

  NOTE: Only proceed if the Windows soundsettings has been checked and adjusted as per above forum post link.
  
  
• Set the Voice Activation Detections (VAD) value using the TEACH function in USBClient:

  NOTE: If VAD is not configured correct, then USBClient recordings will not trigger and terminate correct.
