Every night at 21h00 AMETHYST will auto archive. If any errors archiving it will send out an critical e-mail. The first step is to make a backup of the AMETHYST database and then the recordings.

This critical e-mail means there was not enough space to archive the AMETHYST database to the archive or AMETHYST drive. To confirm log into AMETHYST webadmin and select 'Available Diskspace' from the Home page. It will list all the drive and you can check the space available for the archive drive. You need to make archive space available.

You have 3 archive options:
  1. USB Archive drive
  2. NFS or Windows Share
  3. Dual - USB Archive drive or Share(NFS or Windows)
