Smart server status doesn't change when handset is lifted

Make sure that the channel is enabled. Right-click on the channel
to enable or disable it (green means the channel is enabled).


Check that the cable is correctly plugged in.


The Smartserver can be set to record on noise or on voltage change.
When set to record on noise, it might not start recording if you just
lift the handset. You should speak into the phone or make a noise.
You can check whether the channels are noise or voltage activated in
the AMTSMARTSRV.INI file.

The channels are configured as follows:
0 = record on voltage, channel disabled
1 = record on voltage, channel enabled
2 = record on noise, channel disabled
3 = record on noise, channel enabled
