A supervisor can have one of 2 access levels.
- Admin : access to all features (including Agent Quality Management (AQM), Export Facilities, AQM Reports).
- Supervisor : access to listen to calls and make comments.
This access is configured on the Amethyst Webinterface.
- Logged in to the Amethyst Webadmin.
- Click on the Configure Supervisor Link
- Click on the Supervisor name that you want to edit.
- On the configuration screen, on the right side, change the Supervisor Access Level to the desired level
- Click Apply Changes
