What access levels are available on the Amethyst Supervisor

NOTE: This post applies to Supervisor 1.6 and Webadmin up to 1.6.4.

A supervisor can have one of 2 access levels.
  • Admin : access to all features (including Agent Quality Management (AQM), Export Facilities, AQM Reports).
  • Supervisor : access to listen to calls and make comments.

This access is configured on the Amethyst Webinterface.
  • Logged in to the Amethyst Webadmin.
  • Click on the Configure Supervisor Link
  • Click on the Supervisor name that you want to edit.
  • On the configuration screen, on the right side, change the Supervisor Access Level to the desired level
  • Click Apply Changes

Access levels has changed for use in Supevisor 1.7,
this is applicable from Webadmin 1.6.5 +

Access levels are 1 - 6. See below number and access available

  1. To have access to the download CSV option, you need access level 1.
  2. No access to FTP seleciont of recordings.
    No access to mail recordings.

    User.AccessLevel >= level6:
    • On Search screen will show: CSV XML FTP buttons
    • On Recording play : Email, download, screenshots
    • When play recording : can mute/unmute on recording

This applies to Supervisor 1.7

Level 1: Cannot change anything. Can see a list of recordings. Can’t play recordings. Can’t see the settings menu. Can’t see the following buttons: “Statistics”, “CSV”, “XML”, “FTP”.
Level 2: Can see Settings,Reports,Schedules,AQM and Jibe menu. Can play a recording. Can’t do an AQM.
Level 3:
Can do everything except seeing other supervisor info.
Level 9: Can see reviews from other supervisors if their users are mapped to this supervisor.
