I am using Chrome and I cannot playback my recordings

I am using Chrome and when I select a recording to playback in AMETHYST Supervisor,
it displays 'funny characters', starting with 'RIFF' and also the wording 'WAVE' where the play button should be:

When you use Chrome as your Browser,
you must install Quick Time as your Media Player.

Solution: Please download Quick Time from the internet and install on your PC.

NOTE: If you use Internet Explorer you will not have this problem.
