Both AmtSup and AmtSuper directories exist, which do I use?

It was suposed to copy the files to AMTSup
instead of the AMTSuper folder.

Simply copy the executable from AMTSuper
to the AMTSup directory. If you do this
you won't have to change the existing
filepaths.
