Overview:
We receive call details from AMTMitel on a CRE recording solution which tie-up call details with a recording.
Amethyst Supervisor has no call details (CRE Solution)
Do the following:
- If you are a supervisor with access to the Amethyst Administrator log into the Administrator.
- Once logged into the Amethyst Web Administrator make sure that the tab under applications where AMTMitel is, that is does not say start AMTMitel if it does then AMTmitel is not running.
"NOTE AMTMITEL COULD BE RUNNING ON ANOTHER SEVER PLEASE CONFIRM WITH DATATEX SUPORT BEFORE CONTINUING" - Please start by selecting Start AMTmitel
- To see if call details are now coming through select logs.
- Make sure that Today’s dates is selected.
- Followed by selecting the tab AMTmitelLog
- Calls details from AMTmitel will look as followed:

- To verify that call details are tying up with the recorded calls.
- Make a test call and check the AMTMitelCRELog that your extensions and number you dialed are there.
