FRAMER error means cable unplugged, the light at port on the card where the cable should be connected will be red if not connected. NOTE: If the cable is securely connected and the light is still red, then either it is not connected to the PABX or the Service provider line is faulty.
You can also get this error if you have a faulty gateway or the gateway was reset.
The number of the framer error refers to the position.
For example if you have a dual PRI card, then framer 2-3 is the second PRI.
