How do I pull a report on notes entered for a recording?

Overview:

You can see the Subject/Short Notes for a recording.

    • Supervisor:
This is the 'Subject' the Supervisor entered after on the recording (after calls was made). Note that the Supervisor can also enter 'Comments'. The Supervisor comments is not displayed on the Search Recording screen.

    • In USBClient, while on the call, the agent can enter:
      • Comments
      • Short Notes
    • In AMTClient, while on the call, the agent can enter:
      • Comments
      • Subject
For AMTClient with preconfigured 'Subject' list option see forum post:
      Release notes: AMTClient 1.6.4.2

NOTE: If you do a global search for notes that was entered, the entire database will be searched for an entry that matches what you entered. To see the notes you need to select the recording from the Search result screen to view it. The Search screen does not have a comments/notes field to display the content.

Steps:

  • Log into AMETHYST Supervisor.

  • Go to the 'Search Recordings' screen.

  • Enter your search selection and do the search so that the required calls are listed:

NOTE: In this example we did a search for a date range and the subject 'Club'.

  • Click on the export to CSV icon (second from the right-hand side above the search criteria heading).

  • The CSV file with have the following headings:
    DATE/TIME
    RECORDING ID
    EXTENSION
    USERNAME
    NUMBER
    DESTINATION
    DURATION
    REFERENCE
    TRUNK
    DIRECTION
    AQM STATUS
    SUBJECT

  • If you open the CSV file in Excel it will look similar the example below:
    CSV search subject.PNG
NOTE: In the 'Subject' column it will display the subject the Supervisor entered.
