I am using AMTCards 1.6.4.14 extension side with the Avaya PABX on Windows 7 PC. I am not receiving any recordings in AMETHYST. I cannot see any errors in the amtcards log. There are no zlb files in the COMPLETE folder and only one file in the WORK folder. The file is about 1 GIG.
Try the following:- Stop the AMTCards service.
- Move the 1 GIG file to a backup folder.
- Start the AMTCards service.
- Check if recordings are now made.
To see what could cause this:Search in the AMTCards logs for the file name of the 1GIG file - it is the reference number of the recording.
