It's a bug in the Web Admin, fixed in 1.6.5.0:
Fixed a bug in LoadPhysicalDevices where it would leak a shared memory handle - this became most obvious with many dynamic device updates taking place. Linux only allowed 65000 shared memory handles.

Solution:

Contact Support to restart amtwebadmin. They will need SSH access to the AMETHYST server.

After restart please check:

1. Check that there are not rejected calls.
2. No error in webadmin, for example
   Error in WebAdmin TCP Server: Error binding to port 27003: Address already in use
