How do I disable screenshot/view agent PC?

Question:

When my Supervisors log in and go to the 'View Users' screen, they can click on an agent name and then view via screenshot option what the agent is working on. How do I disable this feature?

Answer:

On the 'View Users' screen it will list all the agent names.

Only the agent names that will display as underlined in blue (link option),
has the option to click on it to view the screenshot:

Only Supervisor with access to the agent names who also has 'unrestricted' access will have the link.
The 'unrestricted' access is for Supervisor that does AQM (Agent Quality Management).

To disable option to view the agent PC as screenshot the Supervisor must have 'restricted access, which means they must not do AQM.
