My IP 5550 Consoles does not want to register to the MSL. What configuration can I check?

1. In the configuration file for the IP phone, it must point to the SRC IP Address.
   
   
2. If you get a certificate error, please log into the MSL and APPROVE it under the 'Certificate Management' option.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you have issue with your IP Phone registering to the MSL,
you need to contact your Mitel support as this is not a Datatex product.
