How do I add a prompt list for CTI Devices?

1. Log onto AMETHYST webadmin.
   Refer to post: How do I log into AMETHYST webadmin and supervisor?
   
   
2. Click on the 'Configure CTI Device' link.
   
   
3. In the 'Prompt List' section, add the new prompt list name and click on the 'Add Prompt List' button.

4. The name will now display. Click on the prompt list name to edit and add your entries.

5. Make the required changes and click on 'Add/Change Items' to save.

NOTE: AMETHYST has a idle-time time out of 15 minutes, please update before this time has elapsed.
