Postby Belinda Frick » Wed Nov 17, 2010 8:06 am

Log into the ADMINISTATOR:

Configure SMDRLINK -> Set "Detail Log Mode" to "ALL".
of SMDRLink webadmin: Configure SMDRLINK -> In 'General Settings' sectiion -> Set "Log Level" to "ALL".
It will now list all the call data (from PABX).
Server Settings -> Stop SMDRLink, to stop SMDRLink.
Server Settings -> Start SMDRLink, to start SMDRLink.
View Logs -> SMDR Detail Log.
The log file will list all call data. Find example below:

For each call record received from the PABX, you will get 4 entries
in the log file:
Line 1: The data string from the PABX (rawdata).
Line 2: Formatted by plugin.
Line 3: Formatted by SMDRLink.
Line 4: Added destination to SMDRLink format.

If you have no call data listed in your "SMDR Detail Log",
please check the following under : "Configure SMDRLINK"
Settings, example baud rate.
SMDRLink: How do I see which plugin is used?
Serial cable pin configuration for your PABX unit.
