AMTMitelCRE 1.6.5+ was released to accomodate this change on the Mitel side.
Please note that you need to now manually update the AMETHYST Recorded Device List in Webadmin with the extension number you added for recording on the MBG.
All devices pointing to the MBG will be recorded, but only the recordings for extensions on the AMETHYST Device List will be loaded into AMETHYST.
To check if any recordings rejects you can log into Webadmin:
- Refer to post: How do I log into AMETHYST webadmin and supervisor?
- Select View Logs from the Home page.
Select Today for the date and then click on the reject log link.
If no reject log listed then nothing rejected. - If any rejected and they must be recorded, please add to the AMETHYST Device List. Refer to topic:
