Voipsweeoer doesn't start or process files

If you are using the VoipSweeper with out the fail-over facility, ensure that you set it to 0 and remove the ports and IP.
If the listen port is in use buy another process, the VoipSweeper gets stuck in a loop waiting for the port to become available.

The Log only show the Start line and the FTP Thread never gets created.
This is the only logs that get created:
