Supervisor 1.7: How do I save a recording?

Supervisor 1.7 has different access levels that allows you access to features of Supervisor.

If Supervisor login has access to save recordings, the save icon will be available. First you search for the recording and then select it. Instead of playing back the recording select the 'Download the Recording' icon:

NOTE: If the icon is not available, then you do not have the required access.
