Amtmitel is currently setup to monitor a sip trunk which has a dash in it.

You check the AMTMITEL log for and cannot find the trunk name on outbound calls and recorded calls do not have call detail.
Reason:
The dash in the name JR-SIP= makes AMTMITEL think it is trying to open the range JR until SIP.
Resolve:
Change the sip peer profile label on the MITEL PABX to exclude a dash or reply it with _
