Supervisor 1.7: Add user access for supervisor

NOTE: Groups was introduced: 1.7.0.55

1. Log into Supervisor as the admin user.
   
   
2. Select the 'Settings' tab and then 'Setup Supervisor Access' link

3. To see if the supervisor login is already configured select 'Administrate Supervisors':

   NOTE: Marked in RED, this supervisor will have access to all users even if groups are configured and allocated.
   
   
4. First create the group - use 'Add/Rename Group'

5. Allocate users to the group - use 'Users to group' by dragging from left list to block to the right of it.
   
   
6. Give supervisor access to the group - use 'Groups to a Supervisor'.
