Changing from USB recording solution to card recording

For each agent:
Close the USBClient
Remove the USBClient software.
By default it is installed in the 'C:\Program Files\Datatex\USBClient' folder.
Remove USBTap and cables (usb cable and flat phone cable).
Re-connect the telephone curley cord to the base of the phone
(where the flat phone cable was connected to the base of the phone).

Delete agents via AMETHYST Administrator.

Install Smartworks drivers.
If the card server is supplied by Datatex, the Smartworks
drivers will be installed, but needs to be configured.
Configure NGX / LDA cards for your recording solution.

Install the AMTCARDS program.
If the card server is supplied by Datatex, the AMTCARDS
program will be installed, but needs to be configured.
