How do I AQM review recordings not tagged?

1. To select recordings not tagged:
   
   On the Supervisor Home page, select 'Agent Quality Management':

   Under 'Setup' section, select 'Tag for AQM':

   Enter your selection criteria and click on APPLY:

   Select the recordings you want to tag with a tick in the 'TAG' column and click on APPLY.
   
   
2. To review recordings tagged manually:
   
   On the Supervisor Home page, select 'Agent Quality Management' and under the section 'Select recordings for review' choose 'Select recordings to review today':

   Recordings tagged for AQM review will be listed:
   
   AMETHYST2-AQM-Tick2.PNG
   
   
   Select recording by clicking on the recording reference and then the AQM option:
   
   AMETHYST2-AQM.PNG

NOTE:

Tagging of own selected recordings will reflect on the Audit Trail.
