No call details from TOPAZ for my recordings in AMETHYST 1.4

The extension number configured with the USB or SLVR tap
is used to link the call details from TOPAZ to the recording sent
to AMETHYST. Please check this configuration.

AMETHYST receives the call details from TOPAZ.

The call details must be imported live into TOPAZ from PABX3.
The call details (SMDR data) is then sent from TOPAZ to AMETHYST
to be linked to the recording by the extension configured for
that recording (made by the USBClient or SLVR).

Make sure TOPAZ is importing the calls and that it is setup to
send it to AMETHYST.
