STATUS:

Unable to capture tcpdump while events occur as it is at different branches and for different branches.

OUTSTANDING:

Please suggest steps to resolve these events.

Cisco Versions only run as high as Version 30

To address this unsupported protocol version, the recording software needs to be upgraded to SIP Recorder 1.7.5.15.

There after these high version numbers will no longer be reported.

If the the software again reports version above version 30 then we need to investigate
