Amethyst client: USB Phonetap error. Address:[192.168.15.88]

When using AMETHYST 1.5 and the USB phonetap was removed from the workstation
an automaticaaly generated e-mail notification will be sent to notfy you that
this has occured.

The e-mail will look like the following:

Subject: Amethyst client has a USB Phonetap error. Address:[IP address of PC]
Auto forwarded by a Rule

>From the Amethyst Server to the System Administrator

Amethyst client has a USB Phonetap error. Address:[IP address of PC]

DETAILS:
========
IP Address=192.168.15.88 (Example)
User=HANLIE ON SALES
Computer=SALES

Possible causes could be :
The USBClient did not pickup the USB phonetap on startup.
The USB phonetap was removed from the workstation.

Please investigate this.
