When adding a question to a category, it does not update to the category.
It shows java script void in the browser.
This could means the java scripting did not load properly.
SOLUTION:
- Press crtl+f5
- Clear browser history

Supervisor version 2.0.0.95 with Chrome as browser.
When adding a question to a category, it does not update to the category.
