Supervisor 2.0.0.95: cannot log in

The AMETHYST Supervisor2 log in page is available.
When I enter my login credentials, I get the following message:

You have been logged out.

This happened automatically because you logged in more than once.
To continue you will have to log in again or go back to the other page.
This is done to protect your accoutn and to ensure the privacy of your information.

When I click on OK, it displays the login page again and the same thing happens.

OVERVIEW:

This message was added for users that log in more than once into Supervisor from different sessions/tabs.
Go to the previous session/tab and log out. You will then be allowed to log in - as only one entry per login allowed.
NOTE: If you logged into Supervisor and close the session, it will remove the login - log out and you should be allowed to log into a new session.

TEMPORARY FIX:

Restart Supervisor.

SOLUTION: upgrade to Supervisor version 2.0.0.102+
