Overview:
With the digital recording card (DP card), the recording entry in the AMTCards.log will have
call details like the telephone number. See example below:
[2006-09-11 08:02:07] Version [1.0.1.10]*Recorded=>EXT:110,USER:RECEPTION,LINE:7,NUMBER:0721231231,DURATION:0:00:21,INCOMING(008_07D618A14D6C10.zlb)
The call data in the AMTCards.log could be different from what the PABX sends off to for example
PABX3 or SMDRLink.
No telephone number in AMTCards.log:
This has been reported when using an Ericsson MD110 with AMTCards 1.5.0.1 and the DP64 and DP32
recording cards .
Please update to the Amethyst 1.5.5.0 or newer. This update includes the latest versions of all
the different AMETHYST programs, including the AMTCards. The new cardserver will most likely indicate
the problem, whether it's a cable disconnected, problems with the cabling or interference, or problems
on the cardserver software itself.
The update is available on the website, www.datatex.co.za, in the member area under AMETHYST 1.5 as
'1 5 server'.
Under investigation!
