AMETHYST 1.5: My recordings has the wrong destination

Overview:

When using AMETHYST 1.5 the recommeded setup is using SMDRLink for call data. The area
code is setup in SMDRLink.

In earlier versions of SMDRLink the area selected needed a database file for that area.
Getexchange was used with the database is the first versions.

The latest versions uses GetSet. No database is needed.
