Amethyst : Sweeper does not recover from crashed database

Motivation
If the database crashes on Amethyst, the guardian starts the database automatically.
The sweeper does not recover after the restart and will stop after 10 unsuccessful recordings processed.

Completion
This bug has been fixed.

FEATURE
Amethyst : Blank number fields from Sweeper

Motivation
If there is no number for a incomng call, the word INCOMING should display in the number field.
Because the sweeper is entering the destinations, the number field is blanked out.
