Critical e-mail: EVT_LOS_ALARM triggered (Cable unplugged)

This critical e-mail message is sent when a cable is unplugged on the carderver.
It will not specify which cable has been unplugged, this will have to be checked
by a technician on site.

This event means that the cable has been disconnected. The card just knows the
connection it had has been broken, it doesn't know which side was unplugged.
