How can this happen?
- The File is copied across the network to a remote server and the network has packet loss or some other network related issue that prevents all the data from the file from being copied. The file will then not be the same as the original.
- The File is copied to an drive that is damaged and during the checksum stage, not all the data from the file can be read in again.
Files that failed the checksum, will be held back to be re-tried during the next archive process. If it still fails on the second or third try, please report this to Datatex Support for further assistance.
