Case Study : Amethyst does not want to update

After updating AMETHYST to a newer version the supervisor was on the newer version
but not the webadmin.


Solution

Log into the supervisor and do a 'Calls for today' search
Check the date that is being displayed as "Today"

It will most probably display a date in the past.

If this is the case contact:

for a date and time update.
Make sure you specify the need to update the date as well!

The server would have to be restarted after the date is corrected
before if can be updated to the newest version of AMETHYST
