Make sure the following has been done:
The Amethyst Administrative interface has been updated with the required extensions that
must record. This is done on the "Recorded device list".
The CRE configuration has been updated by going to the Configure CRE screen in the Webadmin
ad allocating the extensions to the required CRE.
Check that the Phone has been configured either manually (IP changed to point to the MSL) or
through the DHCP server options.
