Why is my agent not listed under View Agents?

If you use extension or trunk side recording, AMTClient must be
installed on the agent PC to display the agent name (windows login) under:

Supervisor:
Under View Agents

AMETHYST Webadmin:
Under 'Configure Agents'.
Under 'Maintain Agents'.

If AMTClient is not installed and you add the extension number and a
user name under 'Configure Virtual Extensions' then you will be able
to give Supervisor access to playback recordings for the user name
configured. Note that it still will not displayed as listed above.
