Changes from 1.2.10.32 are:
Fixed the problem where Mitel hot desk ACD agents cause an
access violation (which can cause AMTMitel to stop when run
on Linux).
Normal hot desk agents are handled correctly.
Fixed bug where non-ACD extensions had the incorrect username
as someone had at some point logged in on it using an ACD login.
AMTMitel must remember the ACD login to handle cases where an
agent logs out during a call. When an agent now logs in, the
virtual extension is cleared off any physical extensions it
may previously have been logged in at.
Added support for ACDRequestRerouted event, allows one to use
an ACD group to get telephone numbers for the IP consoles.
which would otherwise not be able to get telephone numbers
(since MiTAI does not support it). Calls route to the ACD
group which routes them to the IP console.
Added code to re-send the TAPI|START message if a call is
transferred, and AMTMitel is not monitoring the device it
was transferred from.
Clears all associated DN call entries when a call finishes
on a trunk. Fixes problems for transferred calls from IP
consoles.
