We can record it, but please note:
We do not get all the call details, due to Mitae
not supporting the IP5550 console. See below for more detail.
If we record, then your telephone display will not show CLI.
This issues has been logged with Mitel. Note: AMTMitelCRE does not
control this display.
The IP console is not supported by MiTAI - the Mitel API
which we use to get call information. We will get extension,
date and time, duration and possibly trunk. We may get
telephone numbers for calls transferred or redirected to
the IP console.
A possible work around is to created an ACD group with a 1
second timeout, and overflow to the IP console. This allows
us to get the telephone number.
Note: A spare ACD license is required though.
