The PABX can also be set to give off all call actions. Below is an
example of the rawdata. We do not have a plugin for this format
currently.
The plugin that was developed (PCoral_SBDX.dll) is for the 'print'
output(can only output either incoming or outgoing). The plugin
version 2009.04.14.1 can now cater for both output formats.
We would suggest using the above format, as it caters for all call
actions.
Note: The end of line character for '$' is '36'.
TOPAZ:
- PABX3 is used to capture rawdata. Use '36' as EOL and version 2009.04.14.1 or newer of the plugin.
TNG:
- For TNG to import data, the TNG buffer must be connected. The buffer
currently does not cater for alternative end of line characters. See
below sample of rawdata:
Due to the buffer issue, you need to install PABX3 to caputure the
rawdata and then use TNG's input file option to read the rawdata.
Please note the the TNG buffer must be connect else no calls will
be imported in TNG. Therefore you need a serial port for the SMDR
data from the PABX and a USB port for the TNG buffer. The TNG buffer
is only connected to the PC.
TNG buffer software update for Coral released 20090518
Upgrade file required: Coral_TNGBuffer.rar (request from support@datatex.co.za)
Software version: 1.0.8
Note Only upgrade from 1.0.7 (or 1.0.6). If any other version, you
need to return the buffer to Datatex and we will upgrade it for you.
Upgrade steps:
Extract 2 files to desktop (UTMS_Rev_1_08.hex and PicUploader_1_6.exe).
Stop TNG Service or any other software that has the port open.
Run the PicUploader_1_6.exe.
Select the COMPort the buffer is connected to.
Click file and select the UTMS_Rev_1_08.hex file
Click Upload and wait for the Finished Upload line and it will then also
display the new version 1.08
In the same window type "ETX 24" and press enter. It should display ETX
= 24. That is the dollar symbol.
Close application and try tng.
Note that STX should stay on FF and for PABX other than CORAL ETX should
also be FF
First release: 20090116
- Plugin: PCoral_SBDX.dll version 2009.01.16.1
Baudrate: is set to 4800 by default.
Sample of rawdata: In print format
If the value in the square brackets under the Acc/Ext column does not
match the value in the EXT column, then it is used as the pin code.
Call Actions:
O = Outgoing
X = Outgoing transferred
A = Incoming
T = Incoming transferred
Pinouts:
2 - 3
3 - 2
5 - 5
