My extension/calls does not get imported in TOPAZ

When does TOPAZ discard calls?:

Extensions:

In [Topaz -> Setup -> Filters and Defaults]
The extension must not be ticked under DO NOT AUTO CREATE.

This option will only create Call data for extensions in the extension table,
all other extensions will be ignored. Therefore if your extensions table is blank
it will not import any data in your tran file. Also from the moment
you tick this option all other extension added to the system thereafter
will have no call data.

If you enabled DO NOT LIST, then it will show no calls for that extension.

Numbers:

Check in TOPAZ > DATA > NUMBERS > Do not list
If it is ticked the calls for that number will not be imported in TOPAZ.
