In Call Monitor the wrong calls are showing

First make the change in TOPAZ.
Use the PC names instead of IP Address.
Call Monitor loads the list with the extensions and computernames when it is started up.
If changes are made and you did not open and close it, your Call Monitor will not
reflect the changes.

Try the following:
Close all the Call Monitors and open them.
Else you can do a load users:
Call Monitor -> Setup -> Click on Load Users for each Call Monitor.

They should now have the correct list of extensions and PC names to send the messages.

*** The LG the PABX Unit is programmed to link a account to an extension.
This also needs to be re-programmed by the PABX dealer.
