Network initialization error

The instance of this error, was on a Windows XP machine,
that doesn't have a "C" Drive. The main drive of the
computer was the "E" drive. It seems that the BDE could not
be installed correctly. As a result any program that tries to
access the data, would generate errors: "Network Initialization
Error" or "Network Initialization Failure")

The this client had to reconfigure their drive to have a "C"
Drive to be able to resolve this problem.
