- The Panasonic TDA gives off either the account code or the extension number, not both.

Example of rawdata:
In this example "*2241" is the verify code, which we use as the account code, and "233" is the extension.
Ringtime is only on incoming calls. In this example on
line 4 the ringtime is 3 seconds.
- The PABX technician must use the following configurations:
Use the format TYPE A
Use the verify codes option.
The PABX technician must provide the list of verify codes for the different users to be entered in TOPAZ.
Panasonic TDA:
The plugin version 2004.5.24.1 and higher has a facility built-in to show the internal calls of the PABX.
If you do want to see internal calls, the PABX has to have the facility enabled. The Plugin will display an internal call as incoming.
These calls will not have any duration, ringtime or line, since the PABX does not give this information.
Internal Calls may show up as INTERCON calls. You can enter the names of user's extensions under the Number screen in Topaz to ensure that the correct names are shown on the reports.
ALSO SEE: My Internal Calls shows Destinations on the TOPAZ report.
When using verified codes, the PABX puts the code in the extension field with a "*" in front of the number. There are no extensions for calls using verified codes.
Extension and Account Codes :
- When using account codes the user is linked to the account code.
When dialing out using an account code, the extension field will
have the value "EXT" and the User field will have the value of the
user linked to the Account Code. If that call is transferred, it
will show the extension transferred to, as the Extension and the
User field will be the User name of the Account code used to make
the initial outgoing call.
If you pull a report by User name, it will show the initial call
made (extension = "EXT") and the transferred call (extension =
extension number transferred to).
Please use "PanasonicTDA.dll", version "2005.10.31.4",
for transfer of account codes and "PanasonicTDA_no_account_transfer.dll",
version "2005.10.31.4", for no transfer of account codes .
When using extensions the user is linked to the extension.
If you make a call without using the Account code, the extension
dialed from will show on the report. If a user was linked to that
extension number, that users name will show on the report.
